Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once fulfilled, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent.

Shipping time

United States: 7–14 business days.
Europe: 7–14 business days.
Other listed destinations: 7–20 business days.

Delivery estimates can vary with destination and customs processing. Tracking may be checked through 17TRACK; orders in the United States may also be checked through UPS.

Shipping fees

Complimentary shipping applies to orders over $169. Orders under $169 have an international flat-rate shipping charge of $15. Shipping fees are non-refundable when a return is made.

Customs duties & taxes

Import duties and taxes charged during clearance are the customer’s responsibility. The amount depends on the destination country or region and its customs rules.
